This Return Policy applies to all emotional balance and recovery program services offered by Beautrenewux. By enrolling in a program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellation Before Program Start

If you cancel your enrollment at least 14 days before the program start date, you are eligible for a full refund of any fees paid. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the start date qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund.

3. Withdrawal After Program Start

Once a program has commenced, refunds are generally not available. However, if exceptional circumstances prevent you from continuing, you may submit a written request to our team. Each request is reviewed individually, and partial credits toward future programs may be offered at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please include your full name, program name, enrollment date, and reason for the request. We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Program Transfers

If you are unable to attend a scheduled program, you may request a one-time transfer to a future session at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the original start date and space is available.

6. Digital Materials

Digital resources provided as part of a program are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Printed materials that remain unopened may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the material cost.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address your concerns. We are committed to finding fair resolutions in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
