Our programs are for adults (18+) who want structured support building emotional steadiness through practical skills and group practice. They are not designed for individuals in acute crisis. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.
Program fees depend on the track and format you choose. We share complete pricing during your initial consultation — before you commit to enrollment. There are no hidden fees. Review our Return Policy for cancellation and refund details.
Yes. Selected program components are available via secure video for participants who cannot attend in person at our Manhattan studio at 423 W 55th St. Contact us to discuss hybrid attendance options.
Cancellations made 14+ days before the program start date qualify for a full refund. Cancellations 7–13 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. See our full Return Policy for details.
